After arriving, they cancelled my reservation, claiming unmarried couples aren’t allowed; this should have been stated before booking and it was very disappointing, and to date I still haven’t received a refund. Please investigate.
The room was spacious, but the cleaning left something to be desired—the room wasn’t cleaned properly at check‑in and I never got an invoice for my stay.
“Worst experience of our life”
The only thing we liked was the hotel’s proximity to the Mahalaxmi temple and the staff’s slight helpfulness. Overall, this was the worst experience of my life: the room was dirty, the walls were grimy, there were cockroaches, the toilet was filthy, parking was inadequate, and despite having Wi‑Fi we had to leave the room for a decent signal. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
The location is close to the mandir, but the rooms feel a bit dated.
