“Glampfire stay”

The location is great—it sits right on the highway. The rooms and washroom were clean. However, the staff clearly lack training and concern, and I had to wait a very long time for service. The kitchen and food service were poor, and the adjoining area looks messy and unhygienic. Bathroom fittings are already loose. The property would benefit from the owner’s personal touch and supervision.

“Overpriced stay, poor facilities and hygiene”

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the rooms. 1. There is virtually no proper ventilation; the atmosphere feels suffocating, making it hard to breathe all night, even though the outside temperature was about 2 °C. The windows cannot be opened because they lack safety grills or insect mesh, so insects can enter. 2. There is no dressing mirror. 3. Hot water is only available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, which is highly inconvenient. 4. There is no working table or desk. 5. The bed sheets and blankets were unclean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. 6. Despite paying roughly ₹14,000 for two rooms for one night, the stay did not include breakfast or any meal, and even bottled water was charged. Considering the price, the facilities and overall room condition were far below expectations.
