“Crap”

We paid for a king room but were assigned a handicap double room because they were “sold out”; they promised a suite the next day to make up for it, but that never happened. The bathroom shower leaked so badly that there was over an inch of standing water you had to walk through to reach the toilet. They refused to clean that up or move our room. $230 a night for that is insane! We want a refund!

The place was clean and Zak was friendly. The parking was very expensive and some of the staff were not good.

The room was huge, and the bathroom was also very spacious with hot water. There was a complimentary coffee in the room. The service was awful; the receptionist was rude. We paid for a transfer, yet no one was available to pick us up at the airport, and we only managed to use it on the return leg. Even though we booked with breakfast included, we were still charged a $40 fee. The hotel never replied, and the booking site promised a refund but it has been over 30 days with nothing. The hotel is close to the airport, but it is in a spot where even Uber couldn’t find it. I do not recommend it.

The room had good space. The room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty.

“Comodo”

The comfort of the bed and the room itself, the attention from the lady who helped at breakfast, a fairly varied and tasty menu, and very comfortable common areas made me want to return. Hair was loose near the toilet cap in the bathroom—a small detail I noticed upon entering.
