The hotel is lovely, non‑smoking, and exudes a European vibe while being within walking distance of Jounieh centre; it sits next to public gardens and offers secure on‑site parking. The property was clean, safe, and secure, and the staff delivered genuine Arabic hospitality with attentive service throughout our week‑long stay—highly recommended. There were no issues.

The service was wonderful, the place clean and new, with underground parking and an elevator to the rooms; the staff were friendly and the atmosphere quiet and eco‑friendly, thanks especially to the female and male receptionists whose names I can’t recall, located next to the cable car. There was nothing else worth mentioning.
