Location and service! Spa and restaurant were fabulous! Had a great time with my family! And nice shuttle to wedding venue so sweet!. It was all great!

The staff and location were good, but the elevators were an issue—only one worked and it was too slow to reach our rooms. I had to pay for a microwave oven, and in room 629 there was too much noise coming from the next room.

The beds were uncomfortable; they felt like an inversion table—so soft that I needed new mattresses.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. The only downside was that one elevator stayed out of service the whole time I was there, making each ride crowded and slow.
