The lobby staff were really friendly and welcoming, but the building feels dated, the soundproofing is poor and the door lock is an old‑style chain that might make solo travelers uneasy. In our room the bathroom had a large glass window covered only by a blind, so anyone outside could peek in at any time 😂. For a weekend room the price seemed steep and the value low, though the front‑desk team was very kind.
The spot is convenient and the room feels brand‑new, yet the noise insulation is terribly bad, so light sleepers should think twice before booking.
The location is great, near the metro and close to the night market, and there are tasty breakfast places within 10‑15 minutes, which is perfect for morning meals, but the rooms are poorly insulated and you’ll notice a faint tobacco smell.
The online inquiries were always answered and the customer service was great, the location is excellent and the lobby décor is cute, plus they offer luggage storage. However, the air‑conditioner temperature can’t be adjusted and the fan speed feels the same on all three settings, all blasting strong wind. There’s no electric kettle in the room, so you have to fetch one from another floor, and the previous guest seemed to have smoked, leaving a noticeable odor.
