The location was spot‑on, but we had booked a room with a view and it turned out to have none, which was a bit disappointing. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we ended up enjoying the scenery on a hike instead of from the balcony, so we didn’t miss the lake view.

The location is great—close to town and the lake, but the train line right next to the hotel can be a bit annoying.
“I will come back and stay here again since it is valued for money and it’s convenience location”
The Summer Card and Mobility Card were a real money‑saver, and the security was solid. We got great communication before arrival, and the daily cleaning was better than we expected. The only downside was the train noise from the back of our room, which is hard to avoid given the hotel’s proximity to Zell am See Station.

We were lucky to get a ground‑floor room because of my health issues—Sanne made sure everything was set up just right. The place is a stone’s throw from trains, shops, the pool, and the lake, and the bus stop right outside takes you to the mountains and gorge. Families, adults, kids—there’s plenty to do. The only hiccup was breakfast getting a bit tight when it was busy, but the variety and nutrition were still solid. Overall, a great stay with a tiny flaw.
