Everything was fine.

The staff were kind and the hotel is close to the airport. However, it’s not clean, the carpet isn’t vacuumed, and there are old customers’ hair in the bathrooms.

The property was very close to the airport and the staff were very helpful; it was very clean and offered great value for money, though the hotel food was average.

The style was normal for a Novotel, but there was a bit of confusion with the reservations during check‑in.
