The spa was great, but you could hear the neighbors walking in the rooms.

The building is stunning and the room and bathroom are amazing, fabulously comfortable and very spacious; I really enjoyed the thermal pool on the premises, and the location is great—right in the heart of town and a short walk from cafés, eateries, Government Gardens, and Lake Rotorua.

A lovely hotel in a great spot, the staff were good, the bedroom was lovely, and the on‑site hot spring pool was a brilliant feature.
