I found this spot super comfy, the area is great, the price‑to‑quality ratio is spot on, and it’s ideal for a good rest.

The place is well positioned, spotless, beds are comfy, and there are plenty of blankets. The downside is that there’s no “reception”; you can’t arrive earlier than the scheduled check‑in because no one will open the house door until the time they set.

The location was exactly what we needed. I know it’s a hostel, but it lacks some things that hotels or Airbnbs usually have: there’s no glass in the rooms for water, even though Manizales’ tap water is fine, it’s a detail; there’s no staff from Frailejón to talk to except for the room handover, and they should check what’s missing in the rooms, like toilet paper—there was no spare. It’s not a complaint, just a suggestion.
