The motel’s receptionist is incredibly sweet and helpful, the rooms are airy and never damp, my kids loved it, and the location is just a few hundred meters from the train station, which is very convenient. The only downside is there’s no elevator.

It’s a peaceful place, but the pillow that supports the head is too high, causing neck strain, and there’s no child pillow for kids who stay with you.

The staff are polite and enthusiastic, but the TV doesn’t work and the sound insulation is poor.

The spot is quiet and close to the port, though you still need to catch a ride or drive in because carrying a lot of luggage makes walking impossible. The hostel should improve its free water service; it’s cheap but would make guests feel more comfortable. Using bottled water from an obscure brand and charging for it also irritates guests.
