The eggs at breakfast were good. Hygiene was extremely poor—restaurant receipts from previous guests were left behind, a handkerchief under the children’s bed, and only one 30 ml bottle of shower gel for four people over two days.

“Séjour catastrophique”

We were lucky to book just one night. The name “Luxury” is just a name. The staff were unfriendly when we arrived and again at departure, so we left the keys on a terrace table. A dirty towel was in the bathroom on arrival, spider webs, a moldy basket, and the balcony door didn’t close. The hotel was untidy, clutter everywhere. Breakfast looked nothing like a hotel breakfast but rather a cereal display, which was unappetizing. We spoke with another French couple staying there who had a similar experience; their room was under renovation. Stay away.

It was new and huge. It was dirty from construction and the whirlpool tub was broken.

The staff’s willingness to understand us was great; we only spoke Spanish.

Very friendly staff, good food. The courtyard was open‑air with seating. Very nice.
