The mattress was the only decent feature. There was no hot water, and even after repeatedly asking the staff to clean the room, it stayed dirty. There was no microwave or iron, and we weren’t told about a complimentary breakfast; when we tried to get one, nothing was available. Renovations kept going until 11:00 and restarted at 5 am, ruining our sleep. We even got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, which panicked my kids, and later 911 was called because someone else got stuck not even a few minutes later. I heard a female staff member on the phone claiming everything was fine and handled, even though it was the opposite and someone was stuck.
