We spent an excellent weekend at Château d’Agneville. The reception was warm, with a smiling host who was very helpful and immediately made us feel comfortable; the château is magnificent, clean, and ideally located.

The atmosphere is "arty" inside a magnificent establishment. Tastefully decorated, the château provides a true gem for a relaxing weekend. The location allows you to reach the Bay of Somme in about 30 kilometres, or to discover the cliffs of Mers sur Mer nearby. Between hikes and castle visits (check out Château d'Eu and the surprisingly impressive Château de Rambures), the weekend is all about relaxation thanks to an equally impressive welcome.

We loved our three‑day stay at Château d'Aigneville to celebrate my birthday on the weekend of 15 August. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour. The château is beautifully restored with quirky, tasteful décor, and the gardens behind are utterly charming. Cleanliness was impeccable, which is truly appreciated. Our room was spacious and carefully decorated. The bed faced the window, letting me admire the stars before falling asleep—just magical 🥰 A special shout‑out for the very convivial breakfast around a large communal table, a chance to meet great people. A big thank you also to our host who managed to help us at the last minute with an iron, and who was available and very helpful throughout our stay. The château is ideally situated to explore the Bay of Somme. A magnificent address I recommend vivement.
