“stay wasnt bad, good cheap prices, staff was very friendly especially the older indian lady”

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even letting me check in earlier than the scheduled time. The location was convenient with many nearby amenities, but the area was not great. The room lacked sufficient lighting; the desk area was too dark, so I had to use my phone flashlight to find clothes, shoes, etc.

“Clean to a limit”

I arrived before the official check‑in time and the staff let me into my room without any hassle. The place inside and out was spotless, and the rooms were generous in size. I stayed in a two‑bedroom suite where each bedroom had its own bed and a kitchen, giving it the feel of a small apartment or house. On the downside, the hot shower was almost useless because the water barely got hot, and the stove didn’t work at all. I was assigned a side room that didn’t have a parking spot in front, so I had to drive to the opposite side and walk over. A dumpster was right next to my room, so the smell drifted in and out of the space, and at night I had to deal with cockroaches that seemed to come out of the kitchen area.

The room had a persistent water leak from the floor above, flooding the toilet area. The old air‑conditioning unit made a loud noise all night, keeping me from sleeping. The upstairs rental units were noisy with people walking around all night, and the area felt unsafe because they also let long‑term tenants stay there.

The room was dirty, smelled bad, and the bathroom had a strong urine odor.
