The room was spotless and smelled amazing, and the bed was super comfy.
The hotel's location is a major plus - it's right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.
The staff were super helpful too - they sorted out a few issues I had and made sure I had everything I needed.
The room was super comfy and spotless, and I barely heard a peep from the outside world.

“Unacceptable standards”
The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine, and the staff seemed friendly but were rarely seen. However, the room was filthy: stains on walls and ceiling, a wet dirty towel left from previous guests, blood on the sheets, and toenail clippings on the floor beside the bed—completely unsanitary. They even charge a cleaning fee, which feels absurd for a hotel, and that explains the mess. The room was advertised at 168 ringgit but we were charged 245, a false claim, and we haven’t been refunded yet. A constant loud banging noise from our room made it hard to sleep. The hotel claims no responsibility for lost or stolen items yet offers no safe or lockbox. The location isn’t great; there’s little to do nearby or within walking distance, and the few cafés, restaurants, and shops are limited, so I’d suggest taking a Grab to better places.
“Weg gegaan”
We left because the room had no windows and was very small; the location was fine but the room itself was disappointing.
“Gürültülü havasız nefes alınmıyor”
Only the location was decent. The place was extremely noisy, poorly ventilated, and the tiny room made it hard for two people to breathe. There was no toilet brush, and when I asked, the staff laughed and said “what are you going to do?” I didn’t like it at all. We had to leave after a short stay.
The location was good, but the blanket had a strong unpleasant smell.
“OK and comfy”
The location is convenient, within walking distance to Komtar and a nearby café, and breakfast is downstairs close to the hotel. The famous Makan Pagi café is also nearby. The place is very clean and security is good. However, room service costs RM30, so it’s not recommended for seniors or families with kids because there’s no kettle or jug; to get hot water you must go downstairs, use the access card, and bring the kids with you, which can be inconvenient.
