“very good overall”

The floor in the room could have used a vacuuming.

“The location was good, and the room was comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.”

The spot was handy and the room stayed spotless.

“The hotel is mid range good value for the price the staff is trying to improve the experience”

Just off the highway, the place is easy to reach and the breakfast turned out to be a pleasant surprise; the front counter staff were helpful. The TV didn’t work, and the night staff didn’t follow up on whether it would be repaired, which was disappointing.

“Great staff, easy to deal with, clean, comfortable, good food, all you need”

These comments come from my son’s stay; I booked for him from Calgary. He had no trouble checking in, and there were no issues rebooking or extending his stay. He enjoyed the food, the staff were friendly, and overall it was a good experience.

The room had a noticeable smoke smell even though it was labeled non‑smoking; the Wi‑Fi was dead and the bath was blocked.
