I was blown away by the hospitality here—an authentic vibe paired with an 8‑course dinner, a Japanese breakfast, an amazing hot tub, and even on a rainy day we still managed to explore the open‑air museum. Every detail was handled with care, making the experience truly special. Thanks!

This ryokan was highly responsive and respectful, and I commend them for their meticulous attention to detail, clear explanations, and excellent facilities. The customer service is second to none, the food fantastic, the staff amazing, and the room unbelievable—clean and exactly what we wanted.

Everything about this traditional Ryokan was magical. The setting was peaceful and calm. The views were wonderful. The staff was so helpful and did everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. The proprietor was very caring and informative. He provided a history on everything from the food to the surrounding area. The private onsens in the room were outstanding. And the seafood kaiseki dinner was exceptional. (Be sure you like seafood and let them know about any allergies). We stayed in the main building, which is older and might be due for a refresh. However, you will quickly overlook this because everything is so clean and comfortable. Beds are amazing and comfortable
