The hotel sits right in the centre, it’s clean and well‑equipped, but the front‑desk clerk was overly rigid. Even though we booked a double‑occupancy rate, a mistake on the booking app led the clerk to demand an extra charge; two rooms that normally cost around 6 million VND each were only allowed for two guests. Our party of three adults and two children was forced to pay for three extra persons, which felt absurd—as if the hotel was waiting for a slip‑up to squeeze more money out of us. That will be my last night here despite having stayed many times before.

The location was great, but the cleanliness was terrible, the rooms were old and dirty, the concierge couldn’t speak English, the pool was filthy and people were allowed to spit or swim in their underwear, and the breakfast room smelled awful.

In my view the hotel isn’t worth the money at all. The location is good and the view is really nice, but the price is extremely high for the condition of the hotel. Everything looked old, worn, and sometimes unclean. The beds were uncomfortable, there was mold in the shower, and overall it didn’t feel like a hotel of this price range. Many things were visibly aged or damaged. At these prices you expect a completely different quality and a much higher standard. The value for money was really poor and completely over‑priced. There are many other nice accommodations nearby where you get far more for your money. This hotel was a big disappointment for us and we definitely wouldn’t book it again at this price.

The breakfast buffet had a wide range of tasty dishes that catered to many tastes, the spot was perfect for exploring the area, the staff were all welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, the rooms were roomy, spotless, and cozy, the facilities were well kept, and the overall vibe was pleasant and inviting, so I highly recommend it, though there was no microwave or other food heating option.
