The staff at reception were very helpful and everything went smoothly, even though they couldn’t fulfill my request to move into the room earlier; they let us stay in the pool while the room was ready. However, the kitchen staff’s attitude was disappointing: I booked three rooms and my companions wanted breakfast, but the person in charge was not friendly and we couldn’t enjoy the service.

“Una buena opción”

It’s always the best choice in Tuxtepec, but the air conditioning was off in the restaurant and the common areas like the reception, hallways, and lobby were hot, which is a problem in Tuxtepec’s already scorching climate.

The staff were very helpful and quick; we arrived in a large group and the reception handled us without long waits. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped with firm beds and good pillows. The enclosed parking was secure, which mattered since we were on motorcycles. The breakfast tasted great, but that day they were short on staff and service was slow—unlucky.

“Precio-calidad”

The place was clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. However, the restaurant area needed more staff; it was packed and only one person was serving, causing significant delays. The TVs were not smart, and the cable TV didn't work. The included continental breakfast consisted only of coffee, bread, fruit, or juice.
