The only bright spot was the restaurant and its food. The curtains were dirty and torn, walls had unplastered holes, tables were marked with footprints, toilet seats were broken, and the flush knobs were also broken.

The water was warm and the place was fairly clean, but the bed was hard, there was no mattress, and no linens were provided.

Close to the beach, but I felt cheated because I received a non‑AC room even though I had booked an AC one.

The staff were excellent, especially Umesh. We started with a non‑AC room that was too hot, and Umesh moved us to a cooler room within 15 minutes the next day. The facilities were clean and met expectations. The downstairs restaurant is popular and offers great service and food; we enjoyed breakfasts and meals there throughout our stay. The only downside was that the beds were very firm, which I personally prefer a bit softer.
