OMG! This place is the best on earth! We stayed for 3 nights and were so sad to leave. Everything was amazing and perfect. First of all the staff—Manami and Kumamoto—will never be forgotten; your big hearts are wonderful, helpful, and professional. The place itself is incredible, with spacious rooms that have everything you might need and more. Take a room with an outside private onsen; waking up to a shower there and dipping at night felt like a dream. And the food—wow. Breakfast and dinner are served in a private dining room and the food is incredible, like a Michelin restaurant! I felt like a princess for 3 days. I would definitely come back. Absolutely perfect. Thank you and the whole staff.

I really enjoyed this stay, perfect for slowing down and relaxing ❤️ Japanese service is always good and this hotel delivered five‑star service 👍🏻👍🏻 the staff were very warm 🫶🏼🫶🏼.

The onsen area and its view were wonderful and the meals were outstanding, though the bedding setup left something to be desired.
