The staff were friendly, the location was great, food was fine. To reach the room, you had to climb a flight of stairs that felt like you were ascending to heaven. How someone hasn’t fallen and killed themselves is a mystery. The room didn’t lock from the inside, had bedding unsuitable for an air‑conditioned room, smelled damp, wasn’t cleaned, and had NO toiletries. The mosquito net was too small for the bed and was a nightmare. Also, if I’m paying +$40 a night, I really don’t expect to be required to put my toilet paper in a bin, and not to flush my toilet paper in the toilet.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating – the location is amazing – the food is good – a great address considering the price and other services on the island – the port noise isn’t especially noticeable – the beach is clean. The pantry and toilets could use better cleaning – don’t be too sensitive to the wooden beams that crumble – the employee break zone right across from the family room leaves little privacy when you’re in the patio – it’s often a party next door, bring earplugs.

We boekte 5 nachten maar bleven er uiteindelijk 10. James is enorm vriendelijk en het personeel en de vrijwilligers zijn top! Ze organiseerde een activiteit en we deden mee aan elke family Dinner. Mooie kamers. Het ligt op het strand, dus je kan gewoon heel de dag zonnen en zwemmen. Wij hadden echt een zalige 10 dagen hier en zouden zo terug gaan!

The staff, food, and location were great. It was a super friendly place. The outdoor area could use a clean‑up, but that seems normal on these islands. Too bad.
