This was the newest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m not sure anyone had occupied my room before. The layout was interesting, the furniture and accessories were very modern and suited their purpose—especially the silicone and air‑gap seals on the shower door. The lobby was huge with several setups for immediate needs and shopping. I appreciated the European draft beer paired with tasty snacks. The staff were extremely committed to pleasing guests; they even opened a very large restaurant just for me—though it was a misunderstanding, I didn’t ask for that, but I still appreciated the service. The location was perfect for my visit. The chair at the office desk should have been a revolving arm chair; in its current state, moving it on the floor is loud and heard from another room. I wished the hotel had a long‑term agreement with a taxi company—every time I needed transportation, the staff used their own phones to book whatever was available on the apps they used, which caused uncertainty and looked unprofessional.
