We ended up trying to stay in a room here on our way to Florida. When we got to the room it looked like the door had been kicked in and would not close or lock properly. Our daughters didn’t want to put their bags down because it was disgusting. Checking the beds revealed cigarette burns all over the blankets and a nest of bugs on one bed by the pillows. We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in.

Our first room was horrible, with trash on the floor and it was obvious no one had cleaned it. The owner gave us another room but it wasn’t much better, and it wasn’t the room I viewed before booking online. It took forever for someone to come to the desk to check us in, and getting someone to the front desk the few times we needed service was a hassle. A refund would be greatly appreciated; it was not worth what I paid at all!

The whole property was dirty and nasty. The property was disgusting, the tenants were noisy and drug addicts, and there was no hot breakfast.

The staff was nice, but it wasn’t clean. There were wires hanging out the walls, spiders and bugs present, and the air unit leaked water everywhere; they just gave us towels for it. It smelled awful like stale cigarettes. The bed wasn’t terrible, but there was mildew on the roof above the bed, and there were holes in the walls.
