The building feels familiar to me. But when I arrived in the dark, I didn’t know where to find room VÄRJÄ. Customers who had come earlier guided me. I found no instructions on how to lock the door. The code was in the spa. But how to lock from inside?!! I tried many times – it didn’t work. So the door was unlocked all night. Maybe it doesn’t matter in Paltamo. When I left for the sauna in the morning, the door was suddenly locked when I returned. I was in the hallway, without a phone, without glasses… during the night. Luckily I got the host’s number from another guest’s phone. But NOT NICE!!! Also, a care client arrived in the adjacent room in the morning. I heard conversations, noises, etc. The sound insulation is really weak. There was not a single lounge chair in the room. After a heavy workday, you expect a comfortable chair. Instead, besides the bed, there were THREE wooden chairs, probably from an old dining set. The sauna was lovely – thank you. But I’m highly allergic to mold‑like conditions. Have you figured out where the eye‑stinging smell in the sauna comes from?
