Turkuaz Hotel

“Wonderful Staff and a Comfortable Stay”

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even with limited English, we communicated well and they went out of their way to assist. The location is great with several restaurants nearby, the bed is comfortable, and all the essential amenities are present. The hairdryer was in bad shape and emitted an unpleasant burning odor.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the rooms had a noticeable smoke smell.

“Fantastic!!”

We loved how central the hotel is. There are plenty fantastic restaurants, excellently priced very nearby. The market street and mall for shopping is also very close by. The staff were a delight. The longer we stayed, the more engaging they became. Their recommendations local attractions and Turkish gems, the ladies hammam, etc, made for entertaining conversation and amazing memories. Room cleaning times were a little vague. A note in English inside the room about cleaning times or arrangements would be valuable

The location was good, aircon was working well, the bed was sleeping nicely, but the bedroom stank of smoke, even though it said non smoking rooms, I have no view. There was no fridge in my room, but I heard that the over rooms had fridges in them. Breakfast was ok, but not at all as the pictures. The cleaning lady made my bed, but did not clean the bin, or take dirty towel and put clean ones. There was no bathrope in my room, even though it said so in the advertisement.

“Good stay at Turkuaz hotel.”

We attended the underwater hockey championship and this hotel was ideally situated to attend it every day!
