The reception staff were very helpful, the price was excellent, and the sea‑view rooms offered a great view, security, and calm. The street is wide with good transport links, close to the Sidi Jaber station in Alexandria and near Shati Beach. The elevator works, thank God, but it’s old, and it would be better to have soap in the bathroom or for guests to bring their own. Overall, the place is good, especially during peak season.

The location is close to the sea, and behind it on Port Said Street there are several services. The floor I stayed on is accessed by stairs.

Nothing was good, it was very poor. The bedsheets had hair, mosquitoes were everywhere, hair on the floor, and it was very noisy even at 5 AM.

No towels, no shower gel. The room wasn’t very clean and didn’t look very good. The photos promise much more than what is actually there.
