They didn’t serve breakfast promptly even though it was part of the package, and when I called the manager the response was irresponsible; I asked for a refund because breakfast wasn’t provided immediately. I was angry about the whole situation.

“A misrepresented booking and poor service made my stay wholly unsatisfactory”

Breakfast included sliced fruit, juice, tea, and a boiled egg, which was fine given the statewide cooking‑gas shortage, but the location turned out to be 3.6 km away instead of the listed 1.4 km, in a remote area with no public transport or even cab/auto rickshaw options. Every part of the stay was below standard: the property misrecorded my booking as one adult instead of two, demanded extra payment, and I had to argue until I proved my reservation through a new process. We even had to request a portable fan because the air conditioning was terrible, and the overall experience was so bad that the listing should not be promoted as it damages the platform’s credibility.

The person at the reception told that I don't have booking and refused to allocate room. The reception and ambiance was dirty. The person at reception was looking like a waiter. Nothing

The Person at front office was good. The place is too bad .Not worth even for 500 rupees.Complementary breakfast had eggs promised they never bothered to give egs.When asked they said since its sunday they cant buy eggs.Beds were atleast 10 years old.Blankets were also old and used and worn out.Will never reccomend teh place to anyone please avoid this place at all cost.I was ta the hotel from night 11 to morning 10 not even 12 hours
