The spot itself is decent, but there really isn’t much else to talk about. Nothing stood out, good or bad.

Set in a forest, the hotel sits right by the main tourist attractions, and the rooms, though small, feel cozy. The on‑site restaurant serves tasty dishes and the staff are genuinely helpful.

The location is easy to find, but the overall conditions left a lot to be desired.

The young waiter with the dark glasses was super friendly and we could check in late at 8:30 pm and still grab a bite before 9 pm; the food was decent and the Shumen Fortress is just a five‑minute walk away. Unfortunately the beds felt like wooden planks, we barely slept, the bathroom had ceiling mold, the ventilation didn’t work, and the room was far from clean—hair, cobwebs and lint everywhere.
