Hotel Ailama Mestia

“ロケーションが素晴らしく、居心地のいいホテルでした。”

The location is convenient no matter where you go. We stayed for two nights, and when we told the staff on the last day that the bus was early and we couldn’t have breakfast, they brought a luxurious breakfast set to our room the next morning. The heating was warm and the room was very comfortable.

“ジョージアンホスピタリティに溢れたいいホテルです。”

The room was quiet, warm and comfortable, facing the main street in the center of Mestia; inside the hotel there was a café, and next door a tasty Georgian restaurant, making the location very convenient. When I woke up early, they handed me a breakfast pack the day before.

I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel and the room’s facilities were pretty good.

The location and room were generally good. The breakfast, however, started at 9 am, which I found too late for tourists.

The staff were amazing—truly excellent, kind, and welcoming. After booking, our group increased by one person and we needed an extra bed. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the manager offered to put a foldable bed in one of our rooms, and it was almost indistinguishable from a regular bed. Best part? We weren’t charged for the extra person or the bed. Later we played board games with the manager, who is the sweetest of people. I would definitely recommend this place.
