“Excellent Stay in Shanghai”

We liked a lot of things about this hotel: the location was absolutely great, it’s in the campus area, and the connectivity is great from this hotel. Lots of restaurants and eating places around, the crowd was excellent. The Mituan’s drone delivery spot is a 15‑minute walk away if you want to check that out, that’s great. The overall service and staff were really attentive to our needs. One night there was some noise from the room next door, we were able to call it in and it was immediately acted upon. We had free breakfast included and they have free coffee and ice‑cream soft‑serve machine available. Jason, our service manager, was excellent. He deserves a raise. He attended to all of our needs and made sure to personalise our stay as much as he could. He was very professional and I really appreciated his support throughout our stay. Nothing actually, pretty great place to spend time in Shanghai. It would be nice if they can extend the coffee and ice‑cream hours to late in the nights. The app is stupid, won’t let me upload video of the room.

“Pwrfect hotel”

Jason was an incredible person who spoke perfect English and helped us with everything we wanted, and everything else was perfect.

1. Отель новый. 2. Хороший завтрак. Голодными не уходили. Хороший зерновой кофе. Машина для льда работала, а для мороженного нет (на фото). Но это не испортило впечатление)) 3. Номер чистый. 4. Хороший матрас и постельное белье. 5/ Отзывчивый персонал и есть сотрудник разговаривающий по-английски. 1. Отсутствие европейской розетки в номере. Требуется переходник. Хотя в Holiday Inn Чэнду в номере разъемы подходят для евророзеток. 2. Нет российских и международных каналов телепередач. Было бы удобно смотреть Russia Today!

“GR8”

This hotel is truly amazing and fantastic; the staff are wonderful, especially Jason the sales manager who speaks English and provides excellent service for our family. The room is new with great facilities, a huge TV, and a good mini‑fridge. The location is also convenient, close to the metro and easy to reach all Shanghai attractions. Breakfast is good, but more cheese options would be nice.
