Location is great and the room is spacious, but this is the third time I've stayed here and nothing's been updated. The rug is old, full of hair, and the Wi‑Fi is weak. Cleaning hasn't improved either.

“A great place to stay”

Easy access, good spot, gondola close, common areas look nice, apartment lights and views are good, ski room downstairs. Only issue was that a ski jacket disappeared from the ski room – not the property, just other guests.

“A very good place for a bigger group of friends or families”

Very good spot, just a few minutes walk to the main lift. Carrying skis can be a hassle, but otherwise it's fine.

“Prettig, goed uitgerust verblijf, dicht bij de skilift”

Location is top for winter sports – 5‑minute walk to the Schlossalmbahn, lockers, and the village center with shops and a pool nearby. The apartment is clean, has multiple bathrooms, IKEA furnishings, a ski locker, and plenty of EV chargers. But there's only one parking spot per unit, the layout is tight for 10 people, the living room and kitchen are cramped, the dining table with big chairs doesn't fit well, and the Wi‑Fi is awful.

“War nicht schlecht haben aber schon viel besser um weniger Geld gewohnt”

Check‑in went fine except one card was broken. The seating was okay, but the armchairs were worn and the couch was too small for our group. Cleanliness was poor – dusty, no towel hooks or shelves in the bathrooms or kitchen, some tiles were loose and could fall, and with three kids it felt unsafe. The upstairs family with six kids made the noise a bit louder, but otherwise the apartment was quiet.
