The location, room condition, and facilities were good, but the price is a bit high.

The hotel sits right in the city center, is clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, plus we enjoyed the view of the amusement park. We weren’t told at check‑in that the pool was under renovation, which was a major reason we chose this hotel; after walking in bathrobes through the entire hotel—connected to the Shangri‑La Mall and the sports area where the pool is located—we were sent away. We received some odd looks, and the disappointment was huge because we asked other staff on the way to that area and no one gave us proper information. A hotel of this price class should provide that info at check‑in.

Many staff speak English, unlike other hotels—even 5‑star ones. The amusement park is too bright.

I was granted access to the Horizon Club lounge, where everyone was very helpful and accommodating, the food was good, and the doorman assisted with locating the pickup driver. The checkout was an issue.

“ottima posizione belle camere”

The camera is very comfortable, but they don’t have a nice bar for aperitifs.
