The new hotel is very pleasant, with good service, and the location isn’t an issue for car owners; I liked the service, breakfast, etc. The pillows were not to my liking—they’re too high and firm, hurting my neck, so I couldn’t sleep well.

The facilities… the pool water is super hot, and the staff’s attention is excellent. Nothing else—everything is perfect.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the service was quite good with staff always attentive; the Italian night was a solid choice. However, breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am, yet they only offered cereal and later fruit; we never managed to connect the TV for Netflix, and throughout the night a fan‑like noise kept us awake.
