Friendly and efficient staff, a tidy and quiet room, and the grill diner offered more than just the usual grill items; only downside was the two lifts, which were always crowded.

It’s close to downtown attractions and restaurants, and everything was excellent—no complaints at all.

The breakfast was great, the facilities were clean and new, and the location was near downtown—just a 10‑minute walk. The staff were fantastic and friendly.

The staff were great, but since this is a concert‑venue stay, I’d love full‑length mirrors in the rooms. Paying over $200 for a single night, I should be able to see how I look from head to toe before checking out.
