The house was beautiful, the room clean and spacious, and the breakfast was spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Enttäuschend”

The reception lady was super friendly and helpful, but the shower was unusable – water gushed from every tap. The room wasn't ready until late, even though no one else was there. The place looked worn out and the pool was dirty. Garden chairs were filthy and unusable. The photos were way off.

“Für eine Übernachtung annehmbar”

The young woman who welcomed us was very courteous and did her best. The place was quiet, we slept well, parking was secure, and breakfast was fine. But the house was in a desolate state – shower, toilet flush, nightstand lamps didn't work, doors wouldn't close, and the bathroom fixtures were off. At least it wasn't dirty.

Room was quiet, bed comfy, staff friendly – slept like a bomb. The pool could use a clean‑up, the toilet seat was cracked (but about to be replaced), and the property was a bit hard to find at night.

“It exceeded my expectations and the customer service was exceptional”

Breakfast was great, my dietary needs were met, and the customer service was exceptional. Nothing to complain about.
