Giacomo was exceptional—great hospitality. I chose the room with a private bathroom; we practically had the entire floor to ourselves. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was large (even too large). Everything was wonderful.

“Una bella esperienza”

The building is kept in great shape and the welcome was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they paid attention to every detail of the furnishings. The shared bathroom can be a bit crowded at times.

I loved how clean the rooms were and how kind and super helpful the staff were. I didn't like the shared bathroom very much.

“Un bellissimo week end di Pasqua.”

The place is very clean and very convenient for Perugia, Assisi and Spello. The view from the room is truly relaxing and beautiful. Mr Giacomo was extremely kind and thorough with every request.
