“Ótima estadia. Recomendo.”

The infrastructure was great, the staff very polite, breakfast was sensational, the restaurant excellent and room service superb, and pets were accepted with an additional fee. No complaints.

Breakfast was fine. Other guests were playing loud music. The bathroom flooded when I arrived (the staff responded quickly, though). The shampoos and liquid soaps were all empty.

Breakfast, shower, and beds were good. The box was leaking water into the front part of the bathroom.

For the price I paid, I wasn’t satisfied with anything about the accommodation. The hotel was very old, the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, and the upper floor in the box was disgusting – overall a terrible experience.

“É bom, mas não vale o preço!”

The quality of the products at breakfast was good. The rate did not match the facilities. On the day we arrived, the daily rate was much lower, but because we had booked earlier we had to pay more. We asked to have coffee ten minutes earlier; many people were leaving early. No agreement was reached and there was no empathy in helping us.
