Everything was very good, and the staff were friendly from A to Z.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the restaurant was also good.

The location is right next to the historic centre of Kettwig, and you can reach it by train (free P&R) in 15 minutes; breakfast is super good, tasty and extensive, but the number of seats is very limited, so in the morning it can get busy and you have to wait for a spot.

The hotel was very well maintained with a good restaurant, but the breakfast room should be larger.
