“Incredibly cute and wonderful location to be able to explore Da Lat!”

The staff were super friendly, the room was cute and the facilities were great; we loved the garden and patio areas, and the pets were incredibly cute and welcoming too :) The airflow in the room wasn't the best, but that was a minor detail; we enjoyed our stay and even added an extra day.

Our stay was quite disappointing and fell short of the basic standards we expected. The biggest problem was the lack of functioning water: the hot water barely worked when we arrived, and after reporting it, we eventually had no running water at all. We were given kettles and a bucket so we could heat water ourselves for showers. We were told the issue would be fixed the next day, but it wasn't. The check‑in was also very disorganized. We had told the host in advance that we would arrive early and were told the room should be ready around 11:00, yet when we returned around noon the host was not even at the property. After waiting for their arrival, we then had to wait about another two hours while the room was being prepared.
