Suite Residenza Quartieri Storici Duomo

Perfect experience. New building, gorgeous. Fantastic location. I had to call the manager and he was very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back.

The room was spacious, clean, modern, and the location was great. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work and there was no mobile reception inside the building. The issue wasn’t fixed even after I informed the owner, which made it very hard to plan things during my stay.

“Ce n’est pas parce que la deco est jolie qu’on peut pratiquer le prix d’un hôtel , très déçue de ce séjour où nous n’avo”

The location was a plus. There was no soundproofing – the whole building’s air‑conditioning vent was outside the room, so the noise was terrible all night – the room shared a door with a neighbor and we could hear them all night as if they were in the same room. There was almost no hot water or Wi‑Fi, no light because the only windows faced an inner courtyard with no light, and the “room with terrace” that was booked turned out to be a balcony with no view; it felt like a cellar.

“I didnt realize it was 'self-service' before I booked - but it turned out a good experience!”

The place was beautiful and clean. There was no staff on site (just on the phone), but they were helpful when I needed them.

“Belle prestation mais absence d eau chaude cela a gâché le séjour”

I was in the city center, which is great, but the music from a nearby shop was annoying, the double glazing was missing, and there was no hot water. The ventilation remote kept flashing at night and nobody reached out to us.
