The cleaning was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the bed and the room overall were very comfortable. The hallway carpet was in terrible condition, the common areas felt old, and there was a repetitive banging on the room ceiling every night.

The check‑in experience was frustrating; the hotel didn’t honor my reservation and I had to book a new room directly, but fortunately they had vacant rooms.

We were fine until something came up and we had to leave a night early, and the lady said Booking wouldn’t let us get any money back; I honestly think that was a rip‑off and we won’t use books again.
