The place was icy cold inside, with no heater, no comfortable stool or couch, and the shower was broken, splashing water into the toilet seat; the linen was also ice cold—definitely the worst stay I've had.

The only redeeming factor was the location, but the bedding was dirty and of very poor quality, the curtains were full of spider webs, the fridge was off and couldn't keep water cold, and the breakfast was terrible.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly, going out of their way to help, but it was self‑catering and there were no cutlery or crockery.

“Noisy guests”

The receptionist was very sweet, the property was large and well‑located, rooms were big and clean, and breakfast was good, yet a loud group started a braai outside our room at 10 pm and kept noisy after 2 am—something that shouldn't be allowed when other guests need a good night’s rest; there were no blackout curtains and the rooms needed better lighting.
