“Dont go for Business - No internet”

The staff were friendly. The internet didn’t work. I had staff come to my room four times. Two different separate dongles were tested, nothing worked. I had low bandwidth on my phone but ultimately it was a very bad experience. And it was NOT OK for a business visit.

We are two women traveling and felt completely safe. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I’ll be returning in two months.

“Beautiful resort, pools and staff are fabulous”

The many pools are amazing. We utilised restaurant and the children’s area every day. The breakfast was especially good. The hotel staff were all very friendly, welcoming and made the stay really great. We booked a room that specifically said it had a small futon bed in it for our three year old, this was confirmed in a message to me by the hotel before we arrived. This futon bed did not exist and when i asked no one was able to explain why i was told there would be a futon bed and the staff were very avoidant about the issue, i was unable to speak to anyone or resolve this. I am upset about this as it affected our sleep and our stay, having the small extra bed for our child was one of the reasons we booked this hotel over others. That being said we thought the hotel was fabulous, i wish this issue had been resolved so we could leave a 100% positive reveiw

“Good stay right in the middle of the city”

The property is well maintained and clean, but the rooms need a little upkeep.
