I had a travel issue that they resolved without any hassle, and the service was excellent, so I give them a 10 for accommodation and staff. Nothing to add.

The view was wonderful, and the staff were super kind and helpful. The early morning breakfast in the garden was brought to us by the host, who woke us up and handled everything politely. The only downside was the donkey under the window that snorted every hour at night 😁.

The location of the property is great, just a few minutes by car from the park entrance and about 20 minutes from Ifrane city centre. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.
