Like many Swiss hotels, this place feels a bit dated. Overall, the standard is okay, the mountain view is a dream, and the in‑house restaurant is very good. It’s especially quiet. The friendliness of the staff could use improvement, but I’m not overly sensitive to that.

Everything was fine except the mattress in the bed was far too soft.

The setting was beautiful and peaceful, but we arrived during an intense heatwave and the hotel has no air conditioning. (The weather wasn’t their fault!)

The hotel is modern and very well located, and the staff is attentive. The prices are a bit high.
