Very peaceful. They charge for parking and say it's included with the free coffee in the room? Parking and a coffee machine/kettle are standard facilities usually included in the daily rate. Also you can't sit at any table during breakfast; they assign your room number to a table you must sit at. It was odd compared to other hotels.

The place is immersed in the typical Tuscan panorama; the welcome is excellent and the staff is very helpful. The quality of the room and services, the pools, the gym, the tennis court, the rich breakfast, etc.

This resort is truly top‑tier, no doubt about it. Every staff member was very helpful, friendly, and ready to fulfill any request. The grounds are well maintained, even offering tennis. The pools are beautiful with a nicely kept garden. My room was very comfortable and fully equipped. I must mention the breakfast, which featured homemade cakes of superior quality. We had a fantastic time and are already thinking of bringing our kids back. Highly recommended.

“Relax ad Arezzo”

The location is perfect—just a 2‑minute drive from Arezzo’s center, yet very quiet. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are courteous and professional. The pools are stunning. Nothing to add.
