“Hotel tradicional, mas precisa renovar os hábitos de limpeza estrutural”

Breakfast was good, and the location was a big reason I chose the hotel. It’s very traditional and now has a nice space next to it with restaurants and bars. Pelotas is a humid city, and mold is a chronic problem; we had to change rooms because the ones on the south side had heavy mold and a chlorophene smell. I suggest the hotel looks into better mold‑removal methods and uses less harmful products.

The location is great, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is excellent. The breakfast starts at 7 am, which is too late for me.

I like the rooms, but there are stains on the copper bed frame.

Everything from the reception, breakfast, to the room was excellent. The bed was a single, but that’s just a detail.
