The location was handy for our travel plans, the bed and pillows felt good, and the water pressure was great. The bedside lights only worked when the main light was on, which defeats their purpose, and the fridge was broken.
The shower tub handle fell off, the window screen was stuck and unusable until I fixed it the next morning, and there were many maintenance problems; the 2‑bedroom executive suite only had two towels, the king suite lacked an overhead fan or light, and its closet was tiny. Check‑in staff and breakfast prep were solid, but management and maintenance fell short. Stuff was broken or falling apart, the lighting was poor, and there was no ceiling fan.
“Amazed that they were rooms available and it was World Cup season”
Everything was beautiful and close to everything else. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like.
The hot water was fine. The beds were uncomfortable, the AC made a weird noise, the elevator had tape around the buttons, the bathroom had mold around the tub, and the building itself had an odd smell. The property feels outdated.
“Pay for what you get; hot lobby and hallways”
The location and price were good. The lobby was barely cooled and the AC barely ran; hallways were hot too. The window in our room was broken and taped, several pool lights were dead, and the elevator buttons were taped—this place really skimped on a lot of things.
